Opel car is a line of traditional European family cars manufactured by German automobile manufacturer Opel. The marque has been in production since 1911, and since its revival as Opel in 1970 the marque has produced a wide range of saloons, coupés, estates, hatchbacks and SUVs and minivans. From 2000 to 2005, Opel cars were assembled in Hungary for the first time. In 2015, Opel signed a co-production agreement with PSA Peugeot Citroën in the United States. It is the first international product venture for Opel since the collapse of General Motors Europe. In the year of 2013, Opel produced more than 500,000 vehicles. First generation (Kadi; K, Opel and A; 1911–1924). Between 1911 and 1924, Opel produced its first four-cylinder K (K for Karosseriewart) models.
